Refund policy

All REAPERZ DEN sales are final. Our pieces are made in limited runs, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, sizing or fit. Please check the product details and size information before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email reaperz6en@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, they go into processing and can't be changed.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and the carrier within 7 days so we can help file a claim.
